Camping (5), Anniversary (6)

(This has been sitting in my draft folder for almost a month!  Sorry!)

Recently we went on our 5th camping trip of the season!  Yay.  That was my goal.... although I wanted to do 5 different spots, so we are hoping to do one more trip this season so that I can complete my official goal.

My husband had a rare-ish opportunity to have 2 weekdays off in a row, so we jumped on that & booked 1 of the last 2 spots available at our favorite camping spot on the coast.  We hadn't camped there in at least 5 years, so we were really excited to get the opportunity to go back.

Poor Grace came down with some kind of coughing sickness the week before we left, so she wasn't 100% herself while camping.  She tried her best to enjoy herself and we tried to keep things low key for her.  It was awesome to be so close to the ocean, play in the sand, breathe some fresh air, & just relax. 

On our way there we stopped at a little town by the water & had some lunch.  And on our way home we stopped at another beach & also played at the playground.  All in all we had a great time.  :-)

Oh & our 6th wedding anniversary was the weekend before we camped. <3

We usually do something on our anniversary, but since Grace wasn't feeling well we kept it low key.  Here are a few pictures from that day:
