Our original plans were to live here for one year. But our plans have changed. I cannot possibly imagine leaving this city. I love it. I knew I would... well I hoped I would. I worried that living here would not be as glorious as vacationing here. Not true. It surpasses vacations.
I am changing. I like that. I think about what I eat, what I watch, what I read, what I do.
I love the opportunities that my daughter has, and will have, in this city. We take public transportation & interact with all kinds of people. We take walks. We go to the library, zoo, museums, parks, & stores. We eat amazing whole, local, organic foods.
It's not always perfect. I don't expect it to be.
God has blessed our family & I am humbly grateful.
Rejoice always, pray continually,
give thanks in all circumstances;
for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
